How do I track my order?

  We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.  

What are your delivery options?

  We have several delivery options available.  Once you have completed your order we show you the delivery options and the costs associated with them.  

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of products that we sell unfortunately we can not provide returns as it is unsanitary.  However we are happy to work with you to find the best solution to any issues you may have.  

How do I know if it will fit?

 Fitting is a tricky thing as our brands change their styles and fits. However if you are not sure you can always contact us with any questions you may have and we can always help you out.  Alternatively you can always book a showing with us and we can help you out with any fitting concerns you may have. 

Do you provide International delivery?

 Yes we do offer international delivery options, however they may be slightly more costly depending on regions you are in. Before your purchase is completed you will have the option to review all delivery options available to you.  

What happens if my product breaks?

Due to the nature of our industry we can't accept returns, however; as we strive to stock only the highest quality of products we will always work with our customers on a case by case basis.  Just reach out to us through the contact us form and we would be happy to help.
